There is 1 security camera located outside by the front door pointing out to the front of the house and is recording 24/7 for security purposes. PETS are allowed. Please let us know in advance. We charge $90 per pet for their stay. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance. Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time. 🏠 Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction). 🛡️ Damage Waiver (Optional): Up to 10 nights: $59 11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors. 🚭 No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations. 🌿 Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance.
